Hotel Lipmann "Am Klosterberg" / "Altes Zollhaus", Beilstein

This traditional hotel has been run by the same family for over 200 years, and is located in the heart of Beilstein, in the Moselle valley, in the Rhineland Palatinate.

The restaurant is called the Alte Stadtmauer, and seats up to 60 guests. It offers delicious meals and regional specialities. Linger on the vine-covered terrace, and feast your eyes on the Moselle River.

The historic wine cellar is a particular treat. The Metternich’schen Zehnthaus is a vaulted cellar dating back to 1577, where up to 130 guests can enjoy some of the best wines produced in and around Beilstein.


The Medieval houses are perched on a hill among the steep vineyards. Experience the pretty town of Beilstein with its narrow little alleyways, slate roofs and half-timbered houses.
