La Casona de Tresgrandas, Tresgrandas

In the parish of Llanes, there are a series of fine sandy beaches with crystal clear waters, including La Franca that is found 3 km from the mansion. The towns of Tazones, Lastres, Ribadesella and Llanes with its “Memory Cubes” (Cubos de la Memoria) at Ibarrola are of special interest.

In the outskirts you can enjoy the landscape by bike (bikes are hired), on horse back, by canoe or driving a quad bike.

Fifteen kilometres from the house you have the golf course “La Cuesta de Llanes”.


The mansion establishment has an agreement with an external health centre 3 km away that allows you to enjoy their spa and beauty treatment facilities.

All rooms have a double bed. The décor has utilized traditional wooden and stone materials and the furniture has been restored from the original pieces. The rooms are also decorated in warm colours.
