La Villa Eugene, Epernay

This former magnificent 19th century residence is set in a park planted with trees. It offers charmingly luxurious accommodation and an outdoor swimming pool.

La Villa Eugene features 15 rooms and suites, each with a unique décor following a Louis XVI or Colonial style. They blend classic design and modern facilities like LCD TVs, and offer cosy and personalised accommodation.

La Villa Eugene works in partnership with different restaurants and their chefs, allowing you to sample an array of local flavours. The restaurants are situated less than 5 minutes away, in the city centre.

Some of the largest and most famous champagne houses are located within walking distance, on the Avenue de Champagne.

The Côte des Blancs vineyard, and the Marne Valley and its famous champagne vineyards are easily accessible by car.


Situated on the Avenue de Champagne (named in the past “Le Faubourg de la Folie” referring to the rich properties around) the Villa Eugène is also in the middle of a park, inviting you to relax, idle and discover curiosities worth seeing.

Concerned by the environment, Villa Eugène pays special attention to renewable energy use. Hot water production is partly assured by solar panels and the central heating regulated by heating pump (VRV).
