Comprising of 2 venues: a traditional Georgian manor house and the Grange, a separate contemporary building with all modern comforts, this hotel provides a secluded and attractive location on the Hampshire/Berkshire border.

With spectacular views and 130 beautiful acres of woodland and parkland, Warbrook House features 26 en suite bedrooms and 8 function rooms, making it the perfect venue for any occasion. The Mansion House is also licensed for civil ceremonies.

Despite the tranquil setting, Warbrook House and Grange is convenient for Heathrow Airport and offers fast rail links to London (Paddington and Waterloo) from nearby Reading and easy access to the M3 and M4.

Wellington Country Park (4.7 miles / 7.5 km) - these 350 acres of woodland are home to various wildlife. A central lake, nature trails and a wealth of open space provide plenty to do for visitors.

Ascot Racecourse (13.5 miles / 21.7 km) - Internationally renowned racecourse, home of the annual royal meeting.

Alpine Ski (14 miles / 22.5 km) - 3 flood-lit artificial slopes provide opportunities for skiing, snowboarding and snowblading for those of all ages and abilities.

On Fridays and Saturdays, the restaurant and bar may be closed due to private functions. There are, however, a wide selection of restaurants and pubs locally, please call for details.

All rooms allocated will be within the grange, a short walk from the main building, having been refurbished in August 2007.
