The Old Registry, Haworth
We are situated in the centre of the village on Haworth's famous cobbled Main Street and offer top quality service in a relaxed and informal atmosphere.
Quality en suite rooms are individually themed and decorated and all our double rooms have lovely views. Some rooms have four-poster luxury beds and whirlpool baths. Make yourself at home and let us know if you need anything because we are here to help you relax and unwind.
We are proud to support the ‘Deliciouslyorkshire’ campaign and our breakfast is second to none, with local ingredients cooked to perfection. All of our food and drink is either Fairtrade or locally produce and we are actively trying to reduce our environmental impact.
Haworth is a great place to visit at any time of the year and the guest house is perfectly situated to enable you to enjoy everything about the unique Yorkshire village.
Home of the Brontë sisters, the picturesque village is surrounded by rugged, beautiful moorland and has much to offer for a short break in Yorkshire. In addition to the Brontë Parsonage Museum there is the Keighley and Worth Valley Steam Railway, where much of the classic film The Railway Children was shot. There are guided walks and ghost tours, fantastic restaurants and quaint old fashioned shops, beautiful countryside and a full calendar of events including the famous Haworth 1940s weekend.
Just a couple of miles from the Pennine Way, Haworth is an ideal base from which to discover the Yorkshire Moors and the Yorkshire Dales. The market town of Skipton, the spa town of Ilkley, the craft town of Hebden Bridge, the World Heritage site of Saltaire and the Duke of Devonshire's Bolton Abbey Estate are all within a 30-minute drive.
All of our rooms provide a peaceful night's sleep and have complimentary Fairtrade tea, coffee and hot chocolate. Wine, Yorkshire crisps and chocolate bars are also in the rooms for you to purchase if you wish. Luxury and superior rooms have four-poster beds.
