In historic Lewes, this 16th-century town house has been tastefully restored to create a stylish hotel and conference centre, mixing elegance, history and modern design.

The bedrooms at Pelham House are individually decorated and the house benefits from a fantastic garden, with views over Sussex Downs. Excellent food and drink is provided by the Pelham House Restaurant.

With direct links to London Victoria (1 hour journey), Pelham House is within a short walk of restaurants, art galleries and shops. Brighton is 10 minutes' drive away.

The conference centre has 5 meeting rooms and there is a wide range of facilities to accommodate all types of event.

Our rooms have been individually designed to blend the best of modern fittings and comfort whilst preserving many of the original historic features of the building.

All rooms are fitted with contemporary handmade oak furniture, remote controlled TVs, phones and high-speed data points. En suites have baths or luxury showers and a range of natural toiletries. Comfortable beds have crisp white linen.

Most bedrooms overlook our pretty south facing garden, framed by views towards the South Downs. We aim to provide our guests with perfect facilities to enjoy their stay.
