Originally built as a hunting lodge in the 1890’s, Heddon’s Gate has been sympathetically extended over the decades.?It is now a charming and eccentric fusion of different ages and styles, and this is reflected in its décor and comfortable furnishings.
Explore glorious Exmoor on foot or by car; a short 10 minute walk will bring you to some of the most beautiful and challenging parts of the SW Coast Path. Abundant wildlife can also be enjoyed in the surroundings, including many red deer and wild Exmoor ponies.
