Hotel Il Palazzo, Assisi

Situated in the heart of Assisi, this charming hotel is halfway between the Basilica of Saint Francis and Piazza del Comune.

The hotel occupies the left wing of Palazzo Bartocci Fontana, built in the 1500s, and is still owned and run by the descendants.

The hotel has 12 rooms all of which have private bathroom facilities. The rooms are furnished with simple, antique furnishings. From the rooms on the second floor one can admire the splendid view of the Umbrian Valley.
